Property Management reserves the right to cancel accommodation bookings and will provide notice to the effected guests and applicable booking refund.

Refunds will be provided as per the cancellation policy advertised on Booking.com

7 days written cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund. 

Cottages can only be booked by guests 18 years and older.

Each cottage has a maximum of 2 people only.

One child is permitted if travelling with a person 18 years or older. 

A damage policy is applicable of $400 per night as advertised on Booking.com for any damage or theft from the property as the result of guest occupation.

The cottage must be left in a tidy state upon check out.

The property has been equipped with contents and decorations to enhance the experience for all guests during their stay. The Preparation Team will conduct a full inspection of the cottage at check out and should damage or items be reported missing following guest occupation this will be reported to Booking.com and the appropriate authorities for action.

Undeclared guests are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

Curfew hours are in operation between 11pm and 5am for the comfort of other guests and neighbours.

No responsibility is taken for guest valuables left in the cottage during the stay.

Be polite. Enjoy the place as if you were staying with friends, and be respectful of the neighbors.
